You've had a lot of attention recently, has
it been a great year for the band?
Martin Stanyer
:
2017, you could say, is the year
that made Naked Sunday. Releasing the album
Signs of Insanity
- a collection of eleven twisted
and heartfelt tales - we stuck to a traditional
physical CD release. Now Naked Sunday are
promoting the current new single,
Other Side Of
Town
(available on Amazon, iTunes etc.), which
is taken from the forthcoming album alongside a
music video to accompany the track and which
is part two of a trilogy of videos. It follows on from
the spectacular
A Dozen Red Roses And A
Bottle Of Jack
. In the new music video there's
a lot more of Laura and Craig.

We've noticed - especially with the latest
music video - that there's a lot more from each
band member in the media too.
Martin Stanyer
:
Yeah, after nearly sixty gigs,
endless recording and being locked in rehearsal
studios, 2017 has seen Craig and Laura come
more to the forefront of the band, taking slightly
more of a lead role. This has come about due to
a renewed confidence which has been bought
on by a very loyal fan base who have continued
to help and support the band along the way.
If you're a regular reader of RGG, then you'll have noticed that the
band Naked Sunday are in the gig listings almost every month
without fail. A hard working band from Staffordshire with a talent
for writing great tunes in a dirty rock and roll fashion. Every week
Naked Sunday is up to something exciting and recently RGG was
fortunate to catch up with the frontman and guitarist of the band,
Martin Stanyer, here's what he had to say...
