its fine selection of Tay Towels. Choose Merry Hill
and not being able to move on a Saturday. Choose
ya Black Country team (but never West Brom).
Choose Walsall and its Hippo somehow. Choose
stonding with the Greebo’s at the statue by the
Mander Centre in Wolverhampton. Choose Cradley
Heath even tho it’s a Tesco now. Choose
Wednesbury even tho it’s just an Ikea. Choose the
takeaway, a Chinese, an Indian, a Vape shop, a
Charity shop, Teddy Greys and Grey Pays. Choose
hating Piers Morgan and choose luving Noddy
Holder. Choose paying for parking in Dudley but
it’s FREE at Merry Hill. Choose Russells Hall
Hospital and walking throo the smokers at the
entrance. Choose the cinema, the park, the High
Street, the chippy. Choose regular exercise at
Tipton Swimming baths and then not going back
for ages. Choose Mad O’Rourke’s then the wife
just wants a salad. Choose walking Netherton
Tunnel and regretting it half way throo. Choose
Dudley Zoo and walking back down from the
Castle cuz they shut the chairlifts an hour before
closing time. Choose a pint of Batham’s and end
up having a gallon. Choose Stourbridge and
realising it’s changed loads. Choose nostalgia,
remember the video shop, the pub that used to be
thee’ya, when we dae av mobiles and gooin to see
ya nan and how it was always bailin hot in her
living room. Choose the train, the tram and the late
night bus which yow sometimes miss. Choose
walking to werk in every sort of weather and telling
ya kids it was worse when yow was younger.
