Welcome to
you sexy gig lovers The situation where pubs and
venues were closing their doors at a ridiculous rate appears to have
slowed or without wanting to put the kybosh on it stopped Great
to see some new venues opening their doors and offering live music
across the Birmingham and Black Country area Moochers in
Stourbridge went bust (where’s my fucking money?) but I’m pleased
to report the venue has re opened as Eleven Bar albeit with a limited
roster of bands booked so far The Civic Halls in Wolves are now closed
for an million quid re fit we will keep you updated as the
redevelopment progresses over the next fewmonths The Slade Rooms
will be taking up the slack with an increased diary for
with the
possibility of larger gigs temporarily being held in a nearby facility
Years young!
Having seen off yet another pretender to the gig guide crown a
rag that sadly ended up offering only ‘bum notes’ last June we are over
the moon to be celebrating our st Anniversary this year Yippee! A
massive THANK YOU must go to our advertises for their continued
support over the years without whom you wouldn’t be reading this
rubbish! RGG will again be holding a music festival in a
capacity
marquee next June Interested bands and stallholders are welcome to
contact us at the usual email address further details will be published
next month Should be a biggy live bands and acoustic acts
throughout the day and evening
Wishing you all a very mellow New Year x
