which you have all heard at our live shows

RGG: "Why the long wait for this album
and what's the big deal?"
Nick J.Townsend:
"WEAK13 takes it's time
on its own terms. The album has kinda
been in production since 2011 and it'll be
finished when we say when. We mean
business; the only album we're making is a
great one. Fans deserve the best and that's
what they get from us, why compromise
by rushing it? There are so many people
who have followed the band's music and
direction for years and finally we're giving
them what they want, a full studio album.
They've had to wait for a while because
although there is a lot of public support
for the band's music; we've encountered a
lot of hostility and pathetic rivalry from a
lot of people who work in the industry
who could have been supportive. When
good things happen to WEAK13 a lot of
jealousy arises around us. In the past
we've supported some brilliant bands,
some have even said to us "How are we
supposed to go on after that?" once we
come off stage after our set...WEAK13
always delivers. This Isn't a game to us,
the three of us play every show as if it
were our last, so this album is designed to
reflect that"
RGG: "Can you tell us what the album will
be called and which songs will feature on
the album?"
Wesley Smith:
"No. We aren't going to
announce any info yet. There will be a sin-
gle out before the album but we are keep-
ing everything top secret for the time
being. Working in the recording studio
with producer John Stewart has been a
joy, fun, inspirational and educational,
the album is going well and WEAK13 are
gonna make the change Obama was too
chicken to do, even with big corporations
that probably will show us resentment
and make things difficult; WEAK13 will
prevail. The thirteen new songs we have
written for the album bring a fresh yet
unique feel to grunge and metal riffs with
catchy hooks that are bound to grab peo-
ple's attention. Hell, I'm in the band and I
still feel they are something special and
that can only be a good thing. The songs
are drawn from conspiracy theories/facts
and real life experiences; there is some-
thing for everyone to relate too"
