Verdict:
This is an album you should download before even reading what I say in fact it's almost pointless
writing a review as it's basically going to read like me blowing a long skin flute This is the long awaited debut
from UK three piece THE ROCKET DOLLS; it's as rock n roll as any good KERBDOG or WILDHEARTS record and
it won't collect dust on your mp player The title track is a great example of their trademark hard riff stamping
guitars and drums laced with top vocals and lyrics by front man and guitarist Smash who must be proud of this
release as it amplifies just how TRD are a major force in the rock scene Eleven tracks to enjoy and it contains
singles "I can't go back" and "Burning up the skies" You can watch the "Eyes" music video on YouTube and def
initely go watch them live This isn't professional of me (never stopped me before) but I spoke to the band on
Facebook after they sent us this and they're apparently working on their next two albums I can't wait and nei
ther should you Go get um

Okay; here's a stripped down piano song called "More Than A Beautiful Woman" and it's about a
woman who suffers mentally and physically in an attempt to be accepted by the outside world You know
what? One of the best songs I've ever heard For real It’s a free download too Becky Rose is one of the
strongest songwriters the Midlands has to offer in my opinion but I'm not alone in this way of thinking If
you've not heard of BECKY ROSE then start off with this tune and work your way through her back catalogue
"More Than A Beautiful Woman" is an inspiring tune gentle to the ear but strong on lyrics subject matter
and sheer performance Download this today and whilst your at it go and tell a few others to do so as well

I'm kind of unsure what exactly I have found here on the net whether
this is old or new but imagine how you reacted when you first heard about the film The Blair Witch Project
and you weren't sure at first whether it was real or designed genius Well I went on the website of the Birm
ingham band WRAPPED IN PLASTIC and saw a pentagram surrounded by symbols which when you click on
them activate certain parts of a song It actually kept me intrigued for about an hour and it kind of scared me
too which was fun I'm pretty sure this is an advert for a forthcoming album; I definitely heard the words
"Kill The Kids" and "Suffer The Children" and read that "A Is For Abuse" is coming soon; I thought it was bloody
brilliant WRAPPED IN PLASTIC are masters of industrial chaos with so much going on in their tunes that
your head could explode like that chaps does in the film Scanners So watch out to see what this band does
next as it's very interesting
